Mr. Bhamani is a President & CEO of Prime Funds group of companies. As a founding shareholder of Prime Funds, he worked in the Investment Banking industry since 2002. In 2002 he began his career at the country’s largest financial institution, RBC Royal Bank. Mr. Bhamani holds an undergraduate degree in finance and has recently graduated in GDM (Graduate Diploma in Management) from Athabasca University. He is currently enrolled in an Executive MBA program in Alberta. He is also a holder of the FCSI Designation (Fellow Of Canadian Securities Institute) and maintains a good standing with the CSI (Canadian Securities Institute). The FCSI designation is awarded to industry professionals whose superior training and experience exemplify excellence. It is recognized as the highest honour in the Financial Services industry. Mr. Bhamani directly leads project acquisition, investment banking & the legal team at Prime Funds.

Mr. Gaidhar is a President and CFO of Prime Funds group of companies. As a founding shareholder of Prime Funds, Mr. Gaidhar has an undergraduate degree in Agriculture Science. He has also completed formal training and courses in Finance. He brings nearly 20 years of successful real estate development experience to the corporation. In 1990 Mr. Gaidhar started his formal real estate career with REMAX and as an entrepreneur, constructing high-end homes in Calgary and around. He has won several awards for his efforts. Since 1990, he has been involved in syndication, development and renovations of numerous shopping centers, residential complexes and mixed-use commercial projects throughout Western Canada. Mr. Gaidhar directly leads development, leasing and accounting teams at Prime Funds.

Mr. Kang is a President and COO of Prime Funds group of companies. Prior to joining Prime Funds, he spent over 10 years in Oil & Gas industry in Alberta for companies such as CNRL and SNC. At CNRL he worked as a Senior Engineering Standards/Information Management Specialist on the Horizon Oil Sands Project. At SNC Lavalin, he served as a Senior Project Specialist. During this time he was involved with many oil sands project developments which include the Husky Upgrader, Lloyd Minster, Suncor Millennium Project & Petro-Canada Refinery Project. In 2007 Mr. Kang made a successful transition into the Financial and Real Estate Industry. In the first instance he achieved this through syndication and management of Balzac Commercial Campus. Later he worked at the World Financial Group (WFG). He quickly rose up through the ranks to become Qualified Marketing Director. Currently he leads the Operations and project execution teams at Prime Funds.

Mr. Cintula is a Director of Sales and Marketing and also holds the office of Chief Compliance Officer for Prime Funds REIC. He possesses formal education and training in Financial Services and Real Estate Management. He has successfully completed Exempt Market & Branch Compliance Officer courses through IFSE (Investment Funds Institute of Canada). Prior to joining Prime Funds, Mr. Cintula spent over 10 years in Real Estate construction and project management. This included the founding of his firm, Modern Developments. This specialized in condo construction and property banking, both locally and internationally. He also provided consulting services to Slovakian Government projects. Mr. Cintula directly leads internal sales staff, compliance and marketing consultants at Prime Funds.
